Yema Squares


Ingredients:
1/3 c butter/margarine
1 can Alaska sweetened condensed creamer
6 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 whole eggs
2 egg yolks
1/2 c nuts, chopped

Procedures:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 °F.
2. Line a 6"x10" pan with waxed or parchment paper.
3. In a bowl, beat butter until light & fluffy.
4. Blend in condensed milk & beat until smooth.
5. Add in eggs & flour & mix just until blended.
6. Pour into the prepared pan
7. Bake for 10 mins.
8. Remove from the oven & sprinkle nuts over the pastry
9. Bake for another 15 mins. or until golden in color.
10. Let cool completely before slicing.
