Mocha Choco Polvoron

Ingredients:
powdered milk
bread flour
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. instant coffee
heavy cream

Procedure:
1. In a carajay, toast the bread flour.
2. Add sugar and powdered milk. Set aside.
3. Melt the butter & add to the bread flour mixture. Mold.
4. Dip into the chocolate coating.
5. Top with pili nuts.
