Ingredients:
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
3/4 c condensed milk
1/3 c water
6 pcs. saba, peeled & sliced
1/4 c evaporated milk
per serving
1 c crushed ice
1/3 c banana-caramel preserve
1/4 c evaporated milk
2 sticks barquillos or wafer sticks
Procedures:
1. Caramelize sugar in a pan over medium heat until golden in color. Swirl in butter until melted.
2. Add in condensed milk & water & bring to a boil. Add in bananas & simmer over low heat until totally cooked for about 7 mins.
3. Add evaporated milk & simmer for 2 more mins. Cool before serving.
To assemble
Place crushed ice in a bowl & top with banana-caramel, milk & wafer sticks.
