Oreo Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients:
1 c crushed Oreo cookie crumbs (about 12 cookies)
3 tbsp. melted butter
3 egg yolks
1 can sweetened condensed milk
4 tsp. vanilla
1 c coarsely crushed Oreo cookies (about 12 cookies)
2 c whipping cream, whipped

Procedures:
1. Mix 1 c crushed Oreo crumbs with melted butter. Spread in the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.
2. In a large bowl, beat egg yolks until light. Stir in sweetened condensed milk & vanilla. Fold in Oreo crumbs & whipped cream. Pour over the crust.
3. Freeze for 6 hrs. or overnight.
4. Garnish with more Oreo cookies if desired, or serve with chocolate sauce.
